He studied at Hannover University, specializing in communication technology, software development and computer aided design and testing. Before he joined Kraus & Weisert as patent scientist in 2003, he worked for Siemens for 16 years, where he developed software for computer aided testing systems and for management systems for optical networks.
Thomas Sarfert spends his spare time at home mostly with his family (3 children). His hobbies are analyzing money investment strategies and sports (jogging, tennis, football).
