

He studied physics at the Technical University of Munich. For his thesis and dissertation, he worked on fabrication and characterization of silicon-based semiconductor devices for optical and electronic applications. He started his patent attorney training at Kraus & Weisert in 2002 and qualified as a German and European patent attorney in 2005 and 2006, respectively. He became a partner at the beginning of 2008.
Dr. Sticht’s work covers the prosecution and litigation of patents mainly in the fields of electronics, communication technology and mechanical engineering as well as the prosecution of trademarks.
Dr. Andreas Sticht likes to spend his free time in the alps with his wife, enjoying various sports like climbing, mountain biking or skiing.
