

He studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. While he was a scientific assistant at Munich Technical University, he wrote a dissertation on German utility model law. In 1985, he joined Kraus & Weisert. Dr. Nielsen practices primarily in the areas of civil law, intellectual property law including licensing matters and, particularly, all trademark matters. He successfully represents numerous major companies.
He is an enthusiastic longdistance runner, has participated in marathons and is convinced that regular training is the basis for physical and mental fitness.
