He joined Kraus & Weisert in 1993 and became a partner in 1997. The main focus of his work are patents in the chemical and pharmaceutical field, litigation (both cross-border and national), opposition and opposition appeal proceedings before the European and German Patent Office and the German Federal Patents Court and nullity actions before the Federal Supreme Court. Dr. Albrecht has litigation experience with pharmaceutical patents concerning, inter alia, celecoxib, rofecoxib and sildenafil.
Dr. Albrecht spends his spare time with his family, preferably on excursions to the Bavarian Alps
