He studied technical physics at the Technical University of Munich and received his doctorate for tailoring the microwave response of nanostructured ferromagnets. His scientific expertise covers the fields of nanolithography, material growth, electrical and optical GHz spectroscopy. Before joining Kraus & Weisert in 2011, Sebastian Neusser worked with an automobile manufacturer in New York and Munich where he was concerned with data services via digital broadcast.

At Kraus & Weisert, his work covers prosecution and litigation of patent matters in various technical fields including communication technology, medical imaging, and electronics. Sebastian Neusser qualified as German patent attorney in 2014 and as European patent attorney in 2015 and became a partner in 2017.

Sebastian Neusser enjoys the world-famous Munich opera and the scenic Alps, both of which are within eyeshot from the upper floors of the offices of Kraus & Weisert on a sunny day.
