is an electrical engineering graduate. He obtained his second master degree in Electrical Engineering in 2018 at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. He received his first master degree in Signal and Information Processing in 2009 at Communication University of China. In addition, he obtained his bachelor degree in Telecommunication in 2004 at Northeastern University, China.

Between 2009 and 2014, Mr. HAO worked as an in-house patent counsel in China. He joined Kraus & Weisert as an European Patent Attorney Trainee in January, 2019. He mainly focuses on technological areas including telecommunication, signal processing, medical imaging, artificial intelligence (machine learning, especially deep learning).

Mr. HAO enjoys to spend his leisure time on cycling and hiking.
