Cancellation of our Seminar scheduled for March 10, 2020

It is with with much regret that we are cancelling our international seminar scheduled for March 10, 2020 due to the health risks associated with the coronavirus (Covid-19) and corresponding travel restrictions for our speakers from Asia.

We would like to thank you for your interest in the seminar. It is our intention to re-schedule the seminar under more favorable circumstances.

There are still a few vacant places for our seminar on international patent matters, to be held in Munich on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. The seminar provides a unique possibility to obtain first-hand insights from internationally renowned speakers and experienced practitioners. The seminar will provide ample opportunity for networking, including an informal closing reception.

Further, due to travel restrictions associated with the pneumonia situation in China, our invited speaker from China, Mr. Xiaolin Huang, will unfortunately not be able to attend. To be nonetheless able to provide an update on patent-matters in China, our associate Mr. Haidong Hao (Chinese Patent Attorney Qualification) will present on the Chinese practice. Mr. Hao has been permanently based in our Munich office since the beginning of 2019. Prior to joining Kraus & Weisert, Mr. Hao has gathered many years of experience as an in-house patent counsel for Chinese companies. He will enrich the discussion with insights of the Chinese patent landscape from an in-house perspective.
